Are you lacking the confidence and ‘know-how’ to tackle racial discrimination in your business? Then this virtual event is a must-attend.

The summer of 2020 will go down in history for a number of reasons. And without a doubt, the #BlackLivesMatter movement was one of the most emotive and widely publicised of them all.

In addition to the associated controversy and protests that accompanied #BLM, was the spotlight it shone on racial discrimination in the workplace.

Many individuals and businesses responded by donning blacked out social media images and/or posting statements online to pledge their support.

But the reality is that these good intentions can easily lose momentum and impact if not embedded into meaningful action and dialogue in the workplace.

At this HR Knowledge Hub, we are leaning on the collective expertise of Brenda Desbonne-Smith and Paulette Bushay to help navigate the waters of having race-based conversations at work.

During this virtual event, Brenda and Paulette will create a safe space for us to learn, whilst taking us out of our comfort zone to build confidence in our abilities to tackle racial discrimination.
