Think Tank Specialisms
The HR Think Tank Series (HRTTS) is a free face-to-face networking community exclusively for senior-strategically focused HR professionals. Since it’s inception in 2009, the platform has grown to over 1,600 active members across a range of industry sectors and HR silos. Through increased demand and expanding membership, the HRTTS runs 40 Think Tanks per year all of which follow the same format of an intimate round-table discussion for 15-20 HR professionals. Every Think Tank is centred round a particular topic of pertinence to the HR community (a subject nominated by the members) keeping them current, popular and well attended!
Unlike many HR networking communities, we’ve broken down the HRTTS into six key specialisms:

One of the key differentiators of the HR Think Tank Series (HRTTS) is that the group spans all industry sectors and encompasses a range of national and international organisations. For individuals who don’t often get the chance to share best practice outside of their immediate industry, the HRTTS provides a unique opportunity to utilise the learnings from a variety of new business contexts.
A selection of our members:
We work with a selection of brilliant partner organisations who help fund the HR Think Tank Series. Our members recommend the partners that we work with and typically they have a product or service that we believe to be unique to the market. Rather importantly they all also have to have the ability to offer thought-leadership and value to the community.
Our partners will never directly sell to our members unless a member has specified they would like an introduction and we are always transparent about our working relationship with them.
Based on the success of the HR Think Tank Series (HRTTS) within the UK, we decided to expand the group to the APAC market and have been running Resourcing Think Tanks in Singapore since September 2012. In a short space of time our senior Resourcing networks have grown incredibly quickly, but we’re still keen to connect with more individuals and businesses to add a new dynamic to our conversations.
