Due to significant investment and funding, this multi-national provider of IT consultancy solutions continues to grow going from strength to strength and as a result, is looking to add to the TA headcount by appointing an additional Recruitment Business Partner.

Recruitment Business Partner – London – £50k + Bens/Bonus

As the Recruitment Business Partner you will utilise your recruitment and resourcing expertise for both internal and external vacancies to ensure headcount targets & business objectives are supported. Source, screen and review all candidates against business requirements in order to supply best fit against agreed role profiles. Minimise recruitment costs through direct hire strategies without affecting the quality of hire whilst understanding the future needs of the business and associated available internal talent. Utilise “recruitment systems” to ensure maximum efficiency and visibility of workflows, metrics and processes, constantly reviewing your approach & improving the candidate journey and promoting the employer brand. Adhere to the “candidate promise” and “recruitment standards” at all times.


  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders in order to facilitate an efficient recruitment process.
  • Ensure a good understanding of selection tools, competency/behavioral interview frameworks and appropriate interview techniques.
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of resourcing/recruiting trends in the wider market e.g. understanding latest recruiting technologies, attraction methods and new media/digital influences.
  • Providing support to recruiting managers to enable understanding of current market trends/issues and best practice recruitment methods in order to establish credibility as a recruitment and resourcing expert.
  • Promote and facilitate the understanding of the EVP/Brand and ensure consistency of brand across all resourcing and recruitment activity


  • Believe in, understand and constantly drive forward our employer brand with line managers, candidates and all other touch points in the recruitment environment.
  • Ensure that your candidate experience is of the highest quality
  • An understanding of the impact of the candidate experience on our employer brand


  • Commercial appreciation of recruitment practices and process, including sourcing through referrals, direct applications, database searches, talent strategies and other appropriate advertising methods. Keeping agency recruitment to a minimum.
  • Effective use of the CRM to build & manage “live” talent pool and competitor mapping.
  • Understand current and future business needs & source, screen, test and interview candidates for line manager interview. Ensure consistency of approach and maintain best in class recruitment standards, protecting the candidate experience at all times.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate journey at every touch point in the recruiting process.
  • Enable accurate reporting & full audit trails
  • Effective offer management
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure the candidate journey completes seamlessly.


  • Ensure that your recruitment knowledge is always up to date and understand how this enables effective support of the wider HR and business objectives.
    Understand the business strategy and be able to articulate & sell this to all candidates and touch points.
    Have an understanding of PESTED trends with regards your role and possible business implications
    Seek out and attend free and paid for seminars and conferences relevant to your role.
