Compensation Manager – £90k to £120k – Oxfordshire/Berkshire

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compensation Manager to join a global brand within the Finance world. Compensation Manager – £90k to £120k – Oxfordshire/Berkshire

Reporting to the UK Head of HR and the US based Head of Compensation, you will be responsible for managing the Compensation function for the company’s Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) regions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with world-wide resources and contribute to Global Compensation projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation activities for the EMEA region
  • Maintain knowledge around regulatory and legislative changes that affect compensation within the European region
  • Provide competitive analysis for hiring and retention activities
  • Partner with the HR Team to provide support to EMEA management throughout the annual compensation planning cycle

Experience:

  • Experience in financial services is essential; experience from an Asset Management or Banking organisation is preferred.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Strong knowledge of European remuneration regulations
  • Proven track record of influencing business leaders across an organisation
