Senior Corporate Recruiter – £60k-£65k – Soho

An established technology business with a highly desirable working environment and culture are continuing to experience high growth and need an additional recruiter to join their international team based in London.

While the role will be focussing on the UK, you will no doubt get involved in some international recruitment in Europe and possibly the US West Coast.

You will most likely make 4-6 hires a month and your client groups will be HR, Marketing, Facilities and Legal.

You would be responsible from the initial briefing with hiring managers, through to managing offers and handover to the Onboarding Team at acceptance. The recruitment team you would be part of are experts in advising the business on the best way to attract talent and help them all the way through the interview process to secure the best people possible. You’ll be hands on with interviewing your shortlist and will make use of online sourcing tools. The business has a strong referral program, LinkedIn Recruiter and you will have access to a team of sourcers.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Experience building key relations with stakeholders
  • Corporate Functions recruitment knowledge and experience, an ability to juggle – you will be hiring into marketing one moment, then Legal the next
  • Confidence to coach, support & challenge managers using your recruitment expertise
  • It is critical that you can tun a smooth and consistent process and enjoy the candidate care element of recruiting.

Similar to how many of the roles in the team start, this role will initially be a 12 month FTC. Candidates on a 4 week notice period are welcome to apply although the sooner you can start the better.
