A leading international business is looking to appoint a Global Instructional Design Specialist to create bespoke programmes for the organisation, focusing on developing the next generation of managers. This is a new role where you will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts and Trainers to produce instructionally effective and engaging modules for the programme.

Reporting to the Global People Director, key responsibilities include:

  • Building global relationships with Subject Matter Experts and internal and external trainers

  • Overseeing, managing, creating and coordinating consistent instructional design and curriculum content

  • Converting existing material into “instructor led training courses”

  • In conjunction with senior managers, identify potential participants of the development programmes
