Our client is a leading management consultancy with 16 offices across the globe. Due to exciting and dynamic growth plans they are looking for someone new to join their team.

Role

Writing and updating job adverts
Posting job adverts on university job portal and others
Coordinating and booking interviews
Keeping track of recruitment process for each vacancy
Proactively updating candidates on recruitment process
Proactively updating our recruitment tracking system
Receiving and keeping track of speculative application
Keeping track of and coordinating recruitment events
Gradually getting involved in proactive recruitment strategies (headhunting, market mapping, etc)
Helping to manage our social media presence
Participating to the development of our Employer Brand
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Cross HR team admin tasks when necessary

Ideal Candidate
Graduate with some office/sales experience
Strong communication skills
The ability to build relationships
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
