Head of HR – London Up to £60,000 plus benefits
Our client is an award winning creative business recognised on the international stage. They are looking for a high potential Head of HR to build and lead the people strategy.
Reporting to the CFO, this is a full generalist role, your key responsibilities will be:
Creating and leading the people strategy, partnering with, coaching and challenging the senior leadership team and department heads, engendering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
Being a catalyst for change with the confidence and gravitas to evaluate your ideas, working proactively with the business
Supporting activities to encourage a high performance culture, allowing people to be the best they possibly can
Developing and implementing the development and training agenda, including specific programmes for high potentials and early careers
Must have skills/experience:
A true Generalist, experience in a creative world (design, marketing, PR comms etc.) would be highly advantageous
Experience of truly partnering highly successful senior stakeholders with confidence, enthusiasm and gravitas, with the potential to progress onto the leadership team
An effective balance between HR and the business – this is a creative role where HR knowledge is a given but your real impact will come from your influence, wider people skills and commercial acumen
Exposure to a business and HR function where you have had to be highly autonomous and where the ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate complexity and be open to significant change has been paramount
