Reporting to the VP of HR, this role provides a key interface between the People function and the rest of this great tech organisation. The Head of TA will own the TA process and ensure that the plan is aligned to the companies strategic direction and values.

The Head of TA will need to attract and retain the best talent to enable this fast-growing tech company to achieve their hiring strategies. They will support the next stage of the businesses global growth.

They will be accountable for the whole TA process for the UK, from hands-on delivery to strategy development.

Please note: To be considered for the Head of Talent Acquisition / TA Lead:

  • Extensive experience around the tech sector

  • Strategic & Hands-on experience

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To create the strategy for, resource, and lead a brand new Talent Acquisition function, covering all permanent hiring in the UK.

  • Work with business leaders to build out future TA strategies, using relevant data to help inform those decisions and deliver a timely, quality-led offering in as direct (low cost) a manner as possible

  • Design and implement creative solutions for engaging, attracting, securing, and ultimately onboarding leading industry talent

  • Coach and guide managers on hiring best practice and new ways of working

  • Hands-on delivery for all required roles

Key Skills:

  • Experience in setting and delivering complex, inhouse Talent Acquisition strategies

  • Pan-industry experience with Tech Focused organisations

  • Recent experience managing the end-to-end hiring process

  • Delivering on Corporate & Tech-focused roles
