HR Business Partner – 6 month FTC

A unique opportunity has arisen to support the Corporate Functions team within one of Europes leading publishing groups on a 6-month contract, in a “wow” office based in the heart of London! As UK HR Business Partner you will be partnering with the Leadership Team and reporting into the People Director.

Day to day duties include but are not limited too:

  • Support key stakeholders and People Managers on action planning and rollout of the Employee Engagement surveys.
  • Support org change/restructuring projects as needed
  • Drive the group-wide implementation of job levelling project rollout in conjunction with the People Leadership Team
  • Prepare & facilitate performance calibration sessions with People Managers below Management team providing guidance to people managers on assessment & comp recommendations.
  • Employee Relations – manage and resolve any issues with focus on senior employees

About you / key skills:

  • Ideally, you’ll have an HR generalist background supporting key stakeholders in both a big company matrix as well as a start-up or SME environment.
  • Desireable industry experience: tech, e-commerce, media and retail.
  • Experience with Tech stakeholders.
  • The ability to work with a hands-on approach in an ever-changing fast-paced agile environment delivering a mixture of operational and business partnering within a strategic rhythm of business activity.

This is a 6 month FTC with the flexibility to extend the contract, you will be joining the team and entitled to all benefits pro rata (except for season ticket loan / cycle to work)
