HR Business Partner & Recruitment Specialist – Luxury Brand

Together with the Head of Talent & HR and the Senior HR Business Partner, this role leads the recruitment for entry-level positions and coordinates recruitment for senior level positions. This role will also provide Business Partnership to Graduates, Team Assistants, Interns and entry-level recruits.

HR Business Partner & Recruitment Specialist – Luxury Brand
Key responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: This role will be partnering with the Graduate Programme Manager, supporting recruitment for annual graduate intake, support mainly entry-level employees and provide coaching and advice where needed.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Lead entry-level recruitment, support Head of Talent on senior level recruitment, Ensure that there is a good candidate experience throughout all recruitments.
  • Induction: Act as primary point of contact for all new starters throughout the on-boarding, organise the onboarding process for all new starters.
  • HR Admin: Support Head of Talent and HR on projects, research, communications and report requirements, timely administration of the joiner/leaver processes to include set up of files etc. Provide general HR administration support as required.

Experience needed to apply:

  • Recruitment and generalist HR experience
  • Desirable – experience working within an FMCG company
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop strong relationships across the business.
  • A general interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
