Are you looking for a challenging, fast paced HR Business Partner role to develop your career? This exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experienced HR generalist to join a globally-renowned luxury retail organisation, acting as the interface between HR and the business.

HR Business Partner – Up to £80k – London

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be working closely with a small team of HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class HR offering. Key accountabilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining credibility with senior management on all strategic matters, having a real seat at the table
  • Working on talent and engagement, especially with senior leadership teams, to further enable the employees
  • Having a highly commercial outlook to provide the business with an informed HR perspective
  • Leading and supporting on HR product and program delivery initiatives

  • An eclectic Generalist background with particular strengths in talent and leadership development
  • The ability to engage across all levels of an organisation with real stakeholder relationship skills
