HR Manager

HR Manager – FMCG – West London £40,000-£50,000 per annum
Excellence is at the heart of this business and the team is no exception. As they have undergone significant growth the need has now arisen for a HR Manager to work alongside the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team. This is a new role and it represents a genuine opportunity to make your mark.

The Role
To oversee all HR practices whilst supporting the business needs through recruitment, development and engagement of the team.

You will ideally possess:

  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Enhanced commercial awareness
