Talent Acquisition Advisor – £32k-£38k – Bank, London – Job Role

  • Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders, you will be rolling up your sleeves and sourcing roles across all business lines and focusing on attracting top-tier talent to the business, as well as participating in critical projects, and holistic strategy work to build out the Recruitment capability in the UK
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through a multi-channel approach – delivering a first-class service to the business and impeccable candidate experience – you’ll be a true ambassador
  • Building a strong talent pipeline and managing a complex and thorough Recruitment process
  • Representing the business at networking events
  • Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders, including upskilling and educating them on Recruitment best-practice

Talent Acquisition Manager – £32k-£38k – Bank, London – Key Skills

  • Exemplary experience of managing a high-touch and consistent end-to-end recruitment process – you’ll be targetting, attracting, and assessing top talent
  • Demonstrable success in making ‘professional’ hires at both junior and senior levels – Consulting, Tech, and FS industry experience would be ideal
  • Ability and interest in participating in projects around branding, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning
  • Expertise utilising Social Media to attract the best talent in the market, including running strategic campaigns
  • Bright, articulate individual with a polished, professional approach
  • A tangible passion for Recruitment and all it entails
  • The polish and gravitas to have credible, strategic conversations with business leaders.
  • Preferably Degree educated
  • An extra European language would go down well too!
