Our client is a market-leading software organisation whose innovative products fuel the worldwide travel industry. With sustained, high-growth they are looking for a bright and ambitious Recruitment professional to join their TA team and lead hiring across multiple business lines, with a particular focus on software development.

Inhouse Recruiter – up to £38k – Uxbridge – Job Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct sourcing for hard to fill, niche roles across all business lines, particularly their software development team
  • You will need to utilise a variety of direct sourcing methodologies to find leading experienced talent within the market. This will include headhunting, networking and referrals, all the while cutting agency spend
  • Advising on Graduate and Intern hiring strategies / process
  • Working proactively where possible. Working with the business as a true partner in talent pooling and talent pipelining, setting realistic expectations, and as advising on hiring blockers
  • Build knowledge of the competitor market, identify and engage with strong talent in the marketplace
  • Managing and advancing agency relationships where necessary
  • Developing and monitoring hiring plans to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance
  • Management of the SuccessFactors ATS, including data integrity and reporting
  • Attending industry-relevant events for both experienced and graduate hiring, acting as a true brand ambassador

Inhouse Recruiter – up to £38k – Uxbridge – Key Skills

  • Experience hiring professionals in the software industry would be highly beneficial
  • Previous Inhouse or RPO experience is preferred
  • Exceptional direct sourcing capabilities, demonstrable experience of finding the highest quality talent through multiple channels
  • The ability to think ‘outside the box’ in terms of candidate attraction
  • Stakeholder management with the ability to challenge, partner and influence
  • Driven and passionate with a desire to advance your career inhouse
  • The ability to operate with little supervision; autonomous and a problem-solver that backs their own knowledge and instinct
  • Proven track record of rapid career advancement in previous roles; taking on new responsibilities and rising to the challenge
  • Unafraid to tackle difficult conversations and find common ground with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with the ability to work at pace
