Interim Head of People

Interim Head of People – £400-£450 a day (inside IR35) – London – 3 months

A leading Public Sector organisation are looking to bring in a seasoned Interim Head of People to lead on a Change Project.

Key deliverables:

  • Reviewing current HR set up to establish whether this is still fit for purpose
  • Reporting to the HR Director with recommendations on how to move forward with the department and restructure
  • Looking at how they currently manage ER casework and whether this process needs reviewing
  • Improving the capture of workforce data and data generally across the department

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong HR generalist, with a successful track record
  • Complex casework experience
  • Experience of change projects and restructures, ideally within a public sector company
  • People management expertise and ability to act with sensitivity through change
  • Knowledge of pay / rewards / pensions
