Interim HR Admin

Interim HR Administrator – 6 month contract – Up to £25k (pro rata) – Middlesex

A leading global retailer are looking for HR Administrators to support a large transformation project.

As the HR Admin you will be expected to:

  • Prepare and deliver all HR administrative tasks e.g. updating personnel files, data collection, preparing consultation meeting and paperwork and schedules for affected co-workers
  • Produce accurate baselining data for the stream
  • Be responsible for collation, summary and safe storage of all consultation paperwork
  • A ‘talking partner’ to the stream HRBP; challenging non-compliance where necessary
  • Support the consultation manager with all necessary administrative support for consultation meetings
  • Organise essential basic tasks linked to the change process in line with working principles and agreements including scheduling meetings, arranging meeting rooms, summary and collation of questions and answers
  • Contribute to ensuring an accurate and efficient Q and A process from start to end
  • Collaborate closely within the team to share best practice and continuously update/improve working practice within the transformation team

Knowledge and capabilities:

  • Previous HR administration experience in a fast pace, large company is highly desirable
  • Effective communication methods within the stream and to the wider organisation
  • Fluent in excel, word and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of company identity, core values and vision
  • High-level organisational skills
  • Comfortable with integration within team, stream and wider organisation
  • Confidence to challenge if any occasions of non-compliance within the stream
  • Accomplishes goals, completes tasks and achieves results in a timely and accurate way
  • Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives
  • Takes action without needing direction from others – an ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team player
  • Expresses ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication
