Interim HR Advisor / Business Partner

Interim HR Advisor / Business Partner – 6 month contract – £35k (pro rata) – Middlesex

A leading global retailer are preparing for a large transformation project and need HR Consultants to support with this change.

As the HR Consultant, you will be required to:

  • Lead the development, improvement and implementation of efficient HR processes, policies and ways of working in the Transformation team
  • Support stream leaders with their leadership and people solutions by providing consistent, accurate HR guidance and advice
  • Ensure the Transformation function consistently works in line with the mandatory elements of People & Culture strategy to secure compliance and consistent delivery of the UK people and culture policies
  • Liaise and collaborate with unit teams for effective delivery of operational activities e.g. preparation of employment offers
  • Partner with stream leaders and consulting managers proving key information and advice including legal compliance and best practice working

Knowledge & Capabilities:

  • Sound knowledge of UK Employment law
  • Working knowledge and understanding of organisational restructuring and change management (preferably in a Retail environment)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and the wider impact of the Business transformation
  • Identify and implement new solutions
  • Confidence to challenge Senior Management
  • Ability to find better working solutions and influence change to process and procedures
  • Thrive working with pace and efficiency
  • Comfortable to work with ambiguity and agile to change direction when needed
