
Interim HR Advisor – 3 months initial (with a view to going permanent)
West London – £175-£200 a day (through Umbrella)
Responsibilities include processing employee data, providing advice and guidance with some case management, processing payroll and making sure benefits, policies and processes are up to date. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organisational skills with a good foundation understanding of HR practices. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
The role is with a fast-paced marketing agency and spans basic administration, hands-on ER cases and the more ‘meaty’ HR roles and responsibilities such as advice, guidance and case management
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a broad-based HR role
- Solid understanding of UK Employment Law and it’s the application, backed up with demonstratable case management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (e.g. able to construct mail merges) and Microsoft Excel (e.g. able to use simple formulas and manipulate worksheets)
- A reasonable aptitude for working with numbers
- The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- CIPD Level 3 – opportunity to be sponsored for a Level 5 if permanent
- Previous experience of working with payroll systems and/or databases
