Interim HR Analyst

INTERIM HR ANALYST – 12 MONTHS – UP TO £55K (DAY RATE AVAILABLE ALSO) – UXBRIDGE

The successful Analyst will be an autonomous and committed individual who will help to understand and document business processes across the HR Shared Services function.

Key Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the current state
o Working closely with stakeholders across the HR function to conduct workshops and capture the as-is current state of priority processes
o Independently facilitate workshops with a range of stakeholders
o Analyse complex processes and break them down into coherent process maps with relevant SOP’s
o Assimilate information with ease and grasp new technology, tools and processes quickly
o Documenting as-is in process maps and SOP’s designed to aid the HR function and specifically HR Operations
o Ensure that processes and SOP’s are prioritised against the project plan
o Ensure the documentation illustrates the full end-to-end processes and required SOP’s to execute particular steps within the process
o Engage with and train the HR Shared Services teams in the SOP’s
o Engage and where relevant train wider HR in key processes
o Identify process changes that may be required and capture these to pass to the Process Improvement team
o Communicate changes to the affected business areas and Process Improvement team
o Actively participate in the HR community, sharing learnings and identify areas for contribution
o Other ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
o Experience supporting process and system change projects
o Experience in process management or process re-engineering
o Experience in business requirements documentation and management
o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
o Must possess good influencing skills.
o Must be able to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action and have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance/direction
o Exercises latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
o Experience in HR Operations
o Experience of working in an international environment.
o BA or BS degree advantageous.
