Interim HR Consultant – £200 a day – London – 9 months

The HR Consultant will support the management of all areas within the HR remit including restructures, recruitment and selection, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, right to work, immigration issues, preparing/updating documentation in line with statutory legislation (contracts, policies and procedures, letters, etc.), redundancies, TUPE transfers and other project work.


You will be working with a mixture of external clients on behalf of this accountancy company, so a confident, articulate, presentable consultant is required who can gain credibility quickly.

Interim HR Consultant – £200 a day – London – 9 months

Key skills and experience:

  • CIPD or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years’ HR experience in very busy generalist or consulting advisory role, operating to strict deadlines and handling conflicting priorities
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of HR Practices and Employment Law; Employment Law qualification desirable
  • The ability to handle a varied workload with minimal supervision
  • Carrying out tasks with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication
  • Ability to influence others and demonstrate good interpersonal & negotiating skills whilst being polite and helpful at all times
  • Registered Immigration Advisor would be a advantagious but not essential
