Interim HR Consultant

Interim HR Consultant – £200 a day – 2 months initial contract – Education sector – Kent

Responsible for leading the delivery of a compliant, professional HR business service for the schools within the Trust, underpinning the Trust’s educational aims and development plans. This will include:

  • Development and implementation of HR strategies which support the delivery of the Trusts’ strategic priorities
  • Providing the strategic and professional leadership of HR within the Trust
  • Development and implementation of an annual HR plan
  • Individual line management responsibilities as determined by the Trust
  • Ensuring that all schools operate within compliant HR policy and procedural frameworks
  • Provide robust professional advice and clear recommendations for action to Head of School/Headteachers and other senior leaders, in all aspects of HR policy and practice
  • Work to ensure that outstanding HR management and practice becomes embedded within the schools of the Trust
  • Ensure all HR budgets are effectively planned and managed.

Interviews on Wednesday 24th April – to start the following week

Must have a track record in the Education sector, preferably within a Trust / Academy
