Interim HR Manager – £40k-£50k – Waterloo
An international post-start-up business founded in 2005 is looking for an HR Manager to join for a period of 3 to 6 months,possibly with scope to extend past that or go permanent. The headcount of the business is c75 strong and they are experts in the media and communications industry.
The business has a fantastic culture, they have managed to retain the feel of a start-up. The business is going through some change and you will be partnering with and educating the CEO on all matters HR. The stakeholders you will be partnering with are challenging and inspiring,you will no doubt learn a lot from them.
You will need:
Strong ER experience, leading on a range of cases advising and guiding managers
Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven relationship building skills
To be unflappable; able to juggle conflicting priorities with a calm personality
An interest in improving processes
Experience in an environment of change
Experience working autonomously
This role would suit candidates who are looking to gain ownership and experience working independently, perhaps who have worked with bigger teams in large organisations and are looking to be challenged by a role in a different shape and size business. It could also be a great step up for someone working in a smaller team but looking for progression.
For this role candidates need to be comfortable hitting the ground running and guiding the senior leadership team. You would need to be immediately available or able to start at short notice.
