Interim HR Project Manager

INTERIM HR PROJECT MANAGER – LONDON/REMOTE with extensive travel – Up to £400 A DAY – 9-12 MONTHS

An exciting opportunity to work with a global mining company to create and build a new online University.

The Project Manager will support the Operations PM by:

  • Co-ordinating all third party work streams
  • Building detailed project plans, working with respective leads
  • Agreeing on key milestones for each project timeline, managing suppliers and co-ordinating stakeholder reviews
  • Mapping out all processes, dependencies and risks
  • Identifying sensible efficiencies to improve the speed of delivery, effectiveness and quality

PM focus:

  • Dashboard – launch plan January 2020 through to post Pay Review May 2020
  • FQM Corporate University portal – for 2020 Q3 launch
  • Dismantle old Corporate University – by end Q2
  • Code of Conduct
  • HR Communications: Pay Review, LTIP

You will have:

  • A track record of delivering high-quality projects from start to finish
  • Strong relationship skills that are used effectively to manage a group of independent suppliers
  • Self-motivated, independent and organised
