Interim Performance Management Consultant

Interim Performance Management Consultant – Up to £400 a day – London – 6-month contract

Aim of the role
To assist in the design and successful implementation of the year-end Performance Management process.
To enable this, the functionality needs to be scoped, built and tested. Then, the ‘Year-End Performance Management’ process will be launched to the business.

Key deliverables

  • In conjunction with the Head of Talent and the HR Tech organisation help to scope the systems requirement
  • In conjunction with the HR Analytics team oversee the build and the testing processes
  • Support the Talent Director in shaping the new year-end Performance Management process communications
  • Support L&D in identifying and inputting into any training requirements to ensure the effective launch and adherence of the tool (Reflektive) enabling a focus on quality conversations rather than the new tool
  • As project lead, provide timely and accurate project updates and ongoing reporting of year-end process adoption
  • Troubleshooting throughout the design, scoping, building, launch and go-live phases

Candidate profile

  • Experienced hands-on Performance Management practitioner who has scoped and launched online Performance Management processes
  • Systems and data-savvy (knowledge of Workday and Reflektive would be ideal but not essential, as long as familiar with other systems)
  • Well tested project management skills
  • Strong collaborator across HR Communities in the design and implementation of talent processes and practices. Will persuade and cajole to drive a successful implementation in line with company values
  • Delivery-focussed with strong attention to detail
