Interim Reward Analyst

Interim Reward Analyst – London – Up to £275 a day – 3 months initially

An ’emerging markets’ Bank based in the City are looking to bring in an Interim Reward Analyst to work closely with the HR team and support a company-wide restructure.

As the Interim Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the annual compensation and bonus review

  • Responsible for benchmarking processes; including involvement in the execution of the salary survey

  • Acting as a point of reference for company reward policy

  • Assist and advise on reward policy and governance.

  • Take the lead on Reward projects as well as taking an active role in supporting larger annual projects

Interim Reward Analyst – London – Up to £275 a day – 3 months initially

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous involvement in compensation analytics within Financial Services/Banking/Emerging Markets

  • Experience with benchmarking and Reward/Bonus schemes

  • Project management skills
