Interim Reward Manager

Interim Reward Manager – £275-£300 a day – Middlesex – 6 months initial

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Reward and working within a small reward team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the pay, company car policies, recognition policies and practices in line with the reward strategy.
You will support in coordinating the salary review process and salary benchmarking. You will also be involved in regulatory filings as well as working on new recognition initiatives.
You will have demonstrable experience of reward best practice and experience of pay benchmarking, job evaluation systems, career frameworks and job families.
Ideally, you will be familiar with LTIP’s, HRIS, and salary survey methodologies and managing large amounts of sensitive data.
You will be an advanced Excel user, highly numerical and analytical with the ability and confidence to present to the wider business.

Knowledge & Skills
* Demonstrated compensation background in the following areas: base salary, variable pay and performance management, equity programs, job evaluation, complex data analysis and modelling, research and cost modelling
* Experience in sales compensation and company car programs would be an advantage
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated expertise in database management and spreadsheet software required
* Detail-oriented, well organized with strong time management skills
* Team player who can easily handle shifting priorities, multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment
* A self-reliant achiever with the ability to work independently and set and adjust priorities.
* Very strong project management and consultative skills required in order to be able to lead Total Rewards projects with international or worldwide scope
* Previous International exposure, understanding of regulatory frameworks and sensitivity to cultural differences is required

Typical Education & Experience
* 8+ years of relevant experience in the Compensation field plus a BA/BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or Business
* Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
