Interim Talent Acquisition/Recruitement – Senior Projects Lead
About the Role:
Our client, an international professional services company based in zone 1, is looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join their internal Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team. This individual will be tasked with leading innovation and implementations across the function to set the function up for continued success and delivering an amazing customer and candidate experience. It required a process and detailed focused individual who can operate and deliver in a fast-paced demanding environment.
- Support the TA functions leadership team to deliver projects to a high standard
- Manage multiple projects from cradle to grave (technology/EVP etc)
- Develop and manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Introduce innovation and new ideas to the function
Senior Project Manager – Talent Acquisition Solutions & Service Development – About you:
In order to be considered for the role you will need to have experience/demonstrate:
- Come from a strong internal recruitment/talent acquisition background (NOT an HR project background)
- Project Management experience (no formal qualifications required)
- Successful record of implementing recruitment change programmes; strategies, initiatives and projects.
- Experience of using Recruitment and on-boarding technology and systems, in conjunction with HRIS teams, to drive and embed change and best practice
- Experience of working in a complex, matrixed environment
Interim Senior Project Manager – Talent Acquisition Solutions & Service Development
£550 per day
Initially a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend
This contract sits within IR35 so the successful applicant will only be engaged through an FCSA accredited Umbrella provider should it be extended
