Being based from its incredible new multi-million pound state of the art office in central London, the ideal person will be someone who is a self starter, passionate about tech, and understands how it can be applied across various stacks and environments, loves driving referrals, enjoys attending events and wants to work at a household name that is going through an exciting scale up to achieve its growth plans recruiting all levels of engineers across London, Manchester and Paris.

What will you do?

  • Drive the recruitment of candidates, including the sourcing and selection process, screening and pre-qualifying applicants.
  • Identify, source and secure candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards and social media sites.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for improving and implementing recruitment strategies, advising on process, routes to market and media to best attract tech talent.
  • Design and drive referral initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to understand the skills required for each position in order to effectively match qualified candidates to business needs.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the People Director, CTO and key stakeholders.
  • Raising the employer brand amongst the tech community via meet-ups and events.
  • Use metrics and data to measure ROI to help drive and shape recruitment decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • Substantial experience and proven track record in tech recruitment coupled with the experience of working in-house
  • Experience of driving direct delivery for tech roles, recruiting software engineers, is essential.
  • A solid understanding of technology – not to developer level but an understanding of what the different technologies mean, what are similar technologies and to think differently about sourcing and how to engage with developers in the market
  • Experience in running tech meetups and attracting relevant tech groups to our space
  • Well versed at using a variety of recruiting mediums and platforms to engage with and attract top technical talent (above and beyond the standard job boards)
  • Highly experienced with Linkedin Recruiter
  • Structured, organised and good with utilising date for reporting and ROI
  • Strong attention to detail as the use of data for driving decisions is becoming increasingly The below must be on the bottom of all our job adverts
