Having gravitas and developing credibility are essential to this role as you seek to form L+D strategy across our business.
Experience of the design, development and implementation of large and complex L&D programmes is vital to success in this position.
Although this role will not require you to “be in the room” delivering a programme, experience of this is key as you will manage a portfolio of L&D projects.
You will have a proven track record of translating vision, innovative strategies and business requirements into clear, actionable goals and of course, delivering excellent results.
You will have experience in managing matrix teams, engaging and motivating them to deliver L&D solutions into the business
You will be pro-active, have the ability to manage and lead continuous change and create opportunities to improve ways of working
