Multi Site HR Business Partner – £45k to £55k -Midlands

Our client is mixing things up in the hospitality industry and have increased innovation across the group. They are on an exciting journey of growth and change and see HR as being pivotal to that journey.

They are looking for an articulate and ambitious HR professional to join their team who can make a true impact and be the go to person for any HR related issues. This role will partner very closely with the MD of the business to create the people plan and build a culture which attracts and retains its talent.

Multi Site HR Business Partner – £45k to £55k -Midlands

Coming into this role you will have the opportunity to play an integral part in effectively managing all key HR processes. This is a multi site role and will involve travel to 14 stores across the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for both strategic and operational activities across the group.
  • Partner with Area and Store Managers to achieve shared objectives.
  • Working closely with the Leadership team on succession plans, performance management and a range of ER topics.

  • An accomplished HR Generalist with experience working in hospitality, retail & FMCG.
  • Experience of working in a HR environment and understand the concept of business partnering.
  • Credibility – ability to connect with people from all levels of the organisation and have your ears to the ground!
