Our client a household name in their field who are currently going through a prolonged period of growth and change. As a result they are looking for an innovative and forward thinking OD professional to lead significant OD projects within key business areas to enable the development of effective and efficient organisation structures, operating models, processes and ways of working.

Working in collaboration and reporting to the Global Head of OD in this highly commercial organisation, this OD Manager will be required to drive the engagement piece through succession pipelines and revamping the pre-existing frameworks.

This role encompasses a wide remit of responsibilities and candidates with a strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with key senior stakeholders will be beneficial to this position.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Global Head of OD to drive performance internally by developing the performance management system framework.
  • Take a broad holistic and considered view of all organisation design projects to support resource optimisation
  • Provide leadership for the design and delivery of global learning and development approaches and products.
  • Refine and embed the organisation design framework through succession planning and performance management and align it to HR strategy.

  • Experience of design and delivery responsibilities in a OD and Talent environment.
  • Engagement with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, having gravitas to business partner cross functionally.
  • Project management experience having the ability to work on multiple projects in an effective and timely manner.
  • Delivering significant organisation redesign in large, complex businesses
  • Exposure to working in a fast paced, dynamic and commercial environment, having innovative and proactive characteristics will be pivotal to success.
