Job Duties:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to provide maternity for an integral member of our developing Resourcing Function within the division of Investment Management. You will be need to be comfortable operating with a hands-on approach, but with a strategic mindset to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of our services within an evolving and improving set-up.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Resourcing, and the wider Resourcing Team to manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Working closely with key business stakeholders to support and enrich their recruitment process, ensuring high calibre candidates are provided to the business
  • Proactively and reactively sourcing candidates across a variety of specialist markets and industries
  • Identifying, organising and running appropriate assessment techniques
  • Managing offer negotiation and working with other members of the team to ensure successful on-boarding
  • Weekly, monthly & adhoc reporting of recruitment activity/metrics
  • Assisting, as necessary, with a variety of recruitment project work such as graduate/intern offerings, support to enhancement of the ATS, roll out of various initiatives, performance management of the PSL etc
  • Playing an active role in the team to constantly improve and innovate our recruitment processes and methodology

Required skills & Experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience gained in on-site within the financial services sector, ideally from with an Investment/Asset Manager
  • Ideally some experience of recruiting across Marketing and Distribution with the ability to formulate and execute a defined sourcing strategy
  • An innovative and proactive approach to recruitment, with working knowledge of various direct recruitment channels
  • Experience of having worked on programs focused on engaging with entry-level talent
  • A genuine enthusiasm and demonstrable interest in attracting and assessing high performing talent
  • Must be customer service orientated – and motivated by achieving and exceeding objectives
  • A team player who has experience of working successfully with HR teams as true partners
  • High level stakeholder management skills and experience, with the ability to form and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Highly developed negotiation skills with the ability to influence and guide to achieve the best possible outcome
  • A pragmatic approach with the ability to work within defined processes whilst helping achieve the individual needs of the business units
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills – always with a focus on client satisfaction
