As the Recruitment Business Partner for a market leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) you will be based on the client site of this internationally recognised and globally reaching multimedia organisation (news and entertainment) as part of the team offering recruitment solutions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Recruitment Business Partner – RPO – Media – London – 50K

  • With the support of a resourcing team, you will be the key point of contact for Hiring Managers and stakeholders on all assigned requisitions
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate support is provided
  • Proactively meeting stakeholders at routine intervals about requirements, opportunities and initiatives that may impact talent acquisition
  • Act as an advisor to client Hiring Managers on appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • Defines and participates in special projects as necessary to enhance service offering to existing and anticipated clients.
  • Develop strategic relationship with peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges.
  • Employ all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools and partners as needed to document and execute a sourcing strategy.
  • Provide innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions.
  • Provide specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures and best practice.
  • Competitor mapping in order to be aware of market changes.
  • Use of influence and persuasion to sell the candidate on employment opportunities, extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of an offer.
  • Accountable for delivery against all requirements through the recruiter/sourcers to ensure resourcing fulfillment.
  • Should work proactively with the team to ensure they are best able to deliver the client’s requirements.
  • Actively drive the recruitment supply chain to ensure optimal partnering and results to include supplier management and other operating recruitment partners
  • Actively source and share recruitment & business knowledge across the onsite and offsite team.
