Recruitment Coordinator – £25k-£30k – Shepherd’s Bush

A rapidly growing business based in Shepherd’s Bush, West London are looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis. The client group you would be supporting are extremely intelligent, and very passionate about their work.

The role will support the Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment efforts in a high growth fast paced environment. You will ensure that all administration around the recruitment process is flawless and delivers a great experience for both the Hiring Managers and Candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities

Manage talent administrative responsibilities with enthusiasm and accuracy, including, but

not limited to:

o scheduling on-site/telephone interviews

o coordinating interview schedules

o scheduling pre- and post-interview review sessions

o applicant tracking

o employment correspondence

o data entry for background/reference check administration

o contact for requisition initiation and approval process

o compile data for monthly recruitment metrics

o system administration for applicant tracking system (ATS)

Meeting/greeting candidates in for on-site interviews.

Update and ensure accurate data entry ATS system, Recruitment Tracker, Organisational

Charts

Applicant tracking and employment correspondence

Administer psychometric testing/profiling as required.

Work closely with the EA/PA team in order to coordinate Exec Team availability for

interviews.

Assist with candidate interview travel arrangements including expense reimbursement.

Various administrative duties associated with human resources: code and process expenses

associated with talent acquisition, code miscellaneous invoices, compile and submit new

hire paperwork to HR for processing.

Perform administrative duties as required by key stakeholders.

Adherence to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidentiality.

Multitask in a fast paced environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills

You will need the following experience:

Experience of working with HRIS, ATS

Strong customer focus

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities

In house experience would be ideal, especially within a technology or medical devices/phamaceutical business. That said, agency candidates with a passion for great service would also we welcome to apply.
