This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business consultancy who work with senior decision makers in FTSE 100 companies across multiple industries. We have built a strong reputation by doing great work for our clients. We are growing and need an experienced, energetic and entrepreneurial Recruitment Manager to find our next team of leaders.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager that can create effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to source, pitch and hire the top 10% of management consulting talent calibre and ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.

Our Recruitment Manager will work closely with our People Manager and Office Manager to manage, source, interviewing and onboarding processes, managing recruitment from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Experience placing management consultant candidates
  • An HR and/or recruitment background and experience screening and evaluating candidates
  • Genuine passion and a deep understanding of recruitment/head-hunting
  • Analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Hardworking, resilient and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable about employment legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties include:

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool
  • Maintain, update and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Schedule all interviews
  • Make offers to candidates and manage offer letters
  • Co-ordinate training interviewers on how to interview and the best way to sell the business to potential candidates
  • Work alongside the People Manager on growth strategy and co-ordinate to forecast future hiring needs and succession planning
  • Implement new sourcing methods and ensure that advertising channels are successful and well-placed
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Stay up-to-date on employment legislation and inform directors about changes in regulations
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Attend exhibitions, career events and recruitment fairs when necessary
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR policies

Who you will be recruiting:

You will be recruiting candidates for our Consultant role. We are specifically looking for ambitious and bright individuals who have:

  • A sound understanding of the fundamental principles of business
  • Experience of delivering work for senior client decision-makers
  • Specialist skills in either strategy, finance or project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Consulting experience in a large consultancy or within an internal consulting team in a “blue chip” organisation
  • An excellent academic record
  • Experience of building internal business capability
