Regional HR Business Partner
North Region up to 26 sites.
Our client is a well-established hospitality company, they have a superb culture and to reinforce the team they have created a new North Region HR Business Partner where they are looking for someone with experience, creativity and passion within the hospitality sector. You will be partnering with the operational teams to lead the execution of key talent and people initiatives, driving the sales and development focus.
Within the role you will be translating the goals into operational plans for your region and have full ownership of the strategy. Design, lead and implement key projects such as launch of new people processes, new resourcing processes etc.
You’ll work closely with the Learning and Development Team with leading, adapting and facilitating the leadership programmes and progression programmes as well as train and coach leaders and managers and engage them in identifying and committing to improvement actions.

Regional HR Business Partner – Key Skills
The successful individual will be an accomplished regional HRBP with operational and strategic, high potential. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
Strong HR background either in a generalist role or ER role.
Able to demonstrate experience in all key role requirements.
Sector experience (hospitality), including working closely with operational teams, driving effective performance in all
areas of the role.
Has proven experience in employee relations issues and risks and knows how to coach managers in this
Know the relevant employment law and what the organisation needs to do to mitigate relevant risk.
Has the commercial awareness and the ability to interpret basic financial and non-financial business
Regional HR Business Partner
£45,000 p.a. 20% performance related bonus and £4,000 car allowance.
