Regional HR Manager

Regional HR Manager – London & South East, Industrial £35,000 per annum

Our client is a proud leader in its field, employing over 1000 people nationally, with approx 400 based in London & the South East. Respect, integrity and teamwork are key drivers within this organisation and working as part of a larger HR team, you will have overall responsibility for your area. Travel to regional offices will be required from time to time, as you oversee the entire employee life cycle for your area;

You will ideally possess;

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within a fast-paced similar industry
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience of TUPE In and Out and organisational design and development
  • Experience of ER related issues, advising and supporting throughout the process
  • Ability to demonstrate strong coaching skills
  • Ability to map stakeholders, to build and maintain relationships
