Senior HR Business Partner – Luxury Brand

The role of Senior HR Business Partner is a critical position where your main client group (100 people) will predominantly be made up of global marketing teams with support functions of Public Affairs, Communications and Business Acceleration.

This role plays a pivotal part in providing HR Generalist support and advice across the London based employee population providing end-to-end employee lifecycle support for employees, managers and leaders within those functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering – Support the Head of Talent & HR on ad hoc projects, Provide end to end HR support for all employees in client groups.
  • Employee Relations – Provide guidance and counsel across the HR team through ER cases and HR policies and procedures including maternity, absence, performance management, flexible working and grievance.
  • Visa’s and Global Mobility – Act as main point of contact with Company Immigration Solicitors and UK Visas and Immigration

Experience needed to apply:

  • Applicants must have relevant HR BP experience; preferably within FMCG, blue chip or Luxury environment recruitment.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and be a proactive self-starter.
  • Be resilient and able to work under pressure in an environment when priorities are constantly changing.
