Senior HR Business Partner
Headquartered in Central London this role sits within a large charitable foundation within an extensive investment portfolio where they focus on making the world a better place. Reporting into the HR Manager this role provides a key interface between the People function and the foundation.
Senior HR Business Partner Key elements:
Working closely with and supporting managers and members of the Executive Leadership Team in the delivery of strategic initiatives and plans; ensuring the people implications of each plan are fully considered.
This role requires a track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational change, including the ability to conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions. Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills and have recent experience of working successfully with senior stakeholders.
- Working with finance and IT functions is desirable.
- The confidence and ability to coach and influence senior managers across a multi-disciplines
- Gravitas and credibility alongside a commercial mindset is key
- The ability to think strategically, have strong operational experience – supporting process improvement whilst providing high-level strategic advice to the leadership teams

circa £80,000 + up to 12% bonus
