As the Talent Acquisition Advisor for this Leading Construction Services firm, you will work closely with their business partners to deliver the best possible short-listed candidates to Hiring Managers. This will be achieved by working with the Hiring Managers once a role or project is live and establishing credibility whilst managing expectations. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be updating Hiring Managers on a regular basis as to the status of their role. The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for taking a brief from the Hiring Manager, managing their expectations and explaining the Talent Acquisition process.
Candidate Profile – Talent Acquisition Advisor – London – £40 000
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will ideally have a mix of both agency and in-house experience, knowledge of the construction sector is a plus but not essential. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to keep themselves organised and adaptable when managing a high volume of roles with a variety of stakeholders. They must be able to prioritise own workload and deliver through managing their time effectively but will have the support of the Talent Acquisition Partner.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor be required to work closely with the rest of the TA team to drive continuous improvement in our processes and procedures, as well as acting as a role model for more junior members of the team. They should be proactive in sharing knowledge, participating and actively supporting colleagues.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will need to build strong relationships with their relevant stakeholders, including hiring managers, senior leadership and HR Business Partners / HR Directors. They will be confident to run meetings and adapt their communication style as necessary, using facts and data to influence an outcome.
