Global Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Manager – London – FMCG

Main Purpose

This is a newly formed start-up business with a huge ambition and growth agenda. As such, they need to define and implement an approach to talent and resourcing to ensure success. This role, reporting to the Head of Talent and Performance, will help design and deliver this agenda. It is a unique and exciting opportunity to shape talent and resourcing strategy in a growing business where you will have real ownership and a lot of responsibility.

Key Accountabilities:

Resourcing:

  • Lead a small team of recruiters remotely to attract and hire the brightest and best talent
  • Develop our employer brand into a targeted attraction campaign
  • Own the resourcing strategy including attraction, assessment, onboarding
  • Drive large recruitment campaigns for growth areas of the business
  • Manage relationships with external providers such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor and ensure we are using these platforms in the most effective way
  • Proactive sourcing and candidate relationship management for senior roles (top 100)
  • Ongoing management of our resourcing technology partners: applicant tracking system and CRM

Talent:

  • Developing our employee value proposition for existing people, and how we leverage this to drive engagement
  • Designing and implementing a ‘talent machine’ – processes to help us identify top talent, key roles, conduct talent reviews, and create talent pools
  • Implement a consistent methodology for senior assessment and hiring
  • Co-create and operationalise our diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Support design and implementation of capability building plans for certain areas of the business e.g. Sales

Skills and Experience

  • Depth of experience in Global resourcing and talent areas of expertise, either in-house or a consultancy background Global project management expertise
  • Ability to network internally and externally in order to understand trends, themes, issues to be addressed and best practice
  • Natural ability to work with external partners and create long-lasting partnership relationships with the
  • Experienced in recruitment technology
  • Comfortable with data and people analytics
