The Head of TA for this globally recognised Investment Management brand is looking to strengthen their existing team with the key hire of a TA Manager to play a major part in the ongoing strategic development of the TA function as well as delivering on recruitment needs to support the continued operational business growth.
This is a great opportunity to partner with the strategic planning of the TA function, you will however also need to be comfortable operating with a hands-on approach to the recruitment needs.

Talent Acquisition Manager – Investment Management – London

  • Work closely with the Head of TA, and the wider Resourcing Team to manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to support and enrich their recruitment process, ensuring high calibre candidates are provided to the business.
  • Assisting, as necessary, with a variety of recruitment project work such as careers website, graduate programmes, ATS improvements, roll out of various initiatives, performance management of the PSL etc.
  • Playing an active role in the team to constantly improve and innovate our recruitment processes and methodology
  • Sourcing candidates across Investment Management and associated specialisms
  • Identifying, organising and running appropriate assessment techniques
  • Weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reporting of recruitment activity/metrics
  • Managing offer negotiation to ensure successful onboarding

Talent Acquisition Manager – Investment Management – London

  • Previous recruitment experience gained in on-site within the financial services sector, ideally from with an Investment/Asset Management orgnisation
  • An innovative and proactive approach to recruitment, with a working knowledge of various direct recruitment channels
  • A genuine enthusiasm and demonstrable interest in attracting and assessing high performing talent
  • Must be customer service orientated – and motivated by achieving and exceeding objectives
  • High-level stakeholder management skills and experience, with the ability to form and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Highly developed negotiation skills with the ability to influence and guide to achieve the best possible outcome
  • A pragmatic approach with the ability to work within defined processes whilst helping achieve the individual needs of the business units
  • A team player who has experience of working successfully with HR teams as true partners
