Workday HRIS Manager – £65k-£85k – West London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personable Workday HRIS Manager to join a pharmaceutical business that is touching and changing lives everyday. They are a very successful, global and fast growing business. The Workday HRIS Manager will need prior experience with Workday and will be leading on the EMEA region and executing the strategic roadmap. The ideal candidate will have experience in a 360 role covering technical, Project Management and Service Delivery. You will be partnering with HR business partners and will enjoy building relationships with your stakeholders.

For this role you will ideally have some experience of line managing contractors, from time to time you may have one or two working with you.

The location in West London is very convenient for the M4 and also the M25, there is parking available. The offices are also accessible by public transport.

Workday HRIS Manager – £65k-£85k – West London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the EMEA HRIS lead managing ongoing system enhancements in Workday
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to the HRBP’s and COE’s in service delivery
  • Lead HR system projects utilising a system implementation life cycle methodology
  • Develop HR systems training materials and conduct training
  • Provide day to day systems support including troubleshooting, recommending solutions, implementing enhancements and system fixes.
  • Work with vendor, HRIS and IT on managing system releases and testing
  • Partner with HR Analytics team on delivering reporting solutions
  • Driving continuous people, process and technology improvements
  • Directly manage HRIS contractors and provide them with guidance

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified is preferred
  • Workday experience
  • Hands-on Workday Core HCM, Recruiting and report writing experience
  • Absence management solution experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate good Project Management skills
  • Demonstrate good collaboration and vendor management skills
  • Strong team player and able to work in a standalone role
  • Familiarity with EMEA compliance requirements
