The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018, with strict new rules and large penalties – up to €20 million (!) – for businesses who fail to comply… Our HR Think Tank Series partner, Hollaroo, have produced a  number of resources to help summarise the relevant elements of GDPR for collecting, retaining and processing candidate information.
