We are delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for an Employee Engagement Award within the category of ‘Engagement Project of the Year (Private Sector: 0-50 employees)’. Results of the inaugural EE Awards will be revealed on 28th January 2015 at a ceremony being held at the Brewery, London.
The nomination follows the implementation of our engagement strategy in late 2013 and the impact it’s had on our sales performance, staff retention and overall engagement levels. Our engagement programme is comprised of three core elements which are run simultaneously to:
- Provide employee incentivisation
- Keep staff informed of company developments
- Ensure outstanding behaviour is recognised and rewarded
- Offer an outlet for feedback
- Promote a sense of team spirit.
The EE Awards, in their first year, strive to represent industry ‘game-changers’ and businesses who put their workforces at the centre of their operations. Fellow nominees span all industry sectors and include companies such as Sony Music Entertainment, Transport for London, EDF Energy and Cancer Research UK.
