Oasis HR Wins Award for Graduate Attraction Strategy

Oasis HR has claimed the top spot for ‘Best Item of Self Promotion’ at the Recruitment Business Awards (RBA) 2012 for a visual portrayal of the company as a graduate employer. The specialist HR recruitment consultancy pipped two other finalists to the post, and was amongst other RBA winners from companies representing brands such as BskyB, BA Systems and Nandos.

Oasis HR’s victory follows a strategic marketing plan to position the business as a fun and contemporary employer through the use of the purpose developed Recruit-O-Graphic. This piece of communication successfully helped Oasis HR move away from the use of a more traditional job specification and helped showcase the business’s culture and perks of employment. The RBA awards, now in their ninth year, are open to all Recruitment Consultancies and Advertising Agencies producing recruitment advertising for themselves or clients in the UK. The award results, which were announced on Thursday 27th September at the Mercure Hotel in Manchester, also saw accolades awarded for ‘Best Candidate Experience’, ‘Recruitment Trade Press Advert’ and ‘Internal Recruitment Communications’.
