The HR Think Tank Series Expands to Incorporate Employee Engagement and HR Leadership

The HR Think Tank Series is excited to announce it’s rebranding and expanding two of six sub-groups within its community offering. The former Employee Relations Think Tank will become the ER and Engagement Think Tank and the HR Business Partner Think Tank will become the HR Leadership Think Tank.

The primary reason for the change is in response to the type of professional being drawn to attend the respective events run by each group. The subject of employee engagement is becoming increasingly more topical for strategic HR professionals, particularly in the ER space, therefore it was deemed logical to incorporate the specialism into the broader Think Tank offering.

The HR Leadership Think Tank will continue to be aimed at senior strategic HR professionals who operate with a generalist remit, however the event topics will be broadened to ensure their relevance is extended beyond solely the Business Partner remit.

The HR Think Tank Series is an exclusive peer-to-peer community that provides members with a platform to simulate and validate ideas, improve effectiveness and stay informed of best and next practice. The community is comprised of six sub-groups, each of which is devoted to a particular HR specialism; ER & engagement, diversity, reward & mobility, resourcing, talent, and HR leadership. Collectively membership is in excess of 1,900 strategic HR professionals, typically with a head of or director level title.
