What’s currently hot on the agenda of HR and Recruitment Leaders? We asked our HR Think Tank Series members to shed some light on their top priority areas and the results are below. There’s clearly a theme around developing and retaining staff; indicating a highly competitive talent market. Succession planning came out on top with 63% of HR and Recruitment leaders noting this area as priority for the remainder of the year.
Interestingly if we look at the focus areas that didn’t fare as well as the topics above, GDPR really seems to have slid down the priority rankings. Whether this is because people are just so sick of hearing about it, or because they’re confident in their business’s response to the regulation remains to be seen!
